Whether you’re new to the area or a native of Arizona, you’ll find that Sterling Grove is a unique place to live and play. Once built out, it will include approximately 2,200 homes and villas.
It can be overwhelming to try to navigate all that Sterling Grove has to offer. To that end, this orientation will try to familiarize you with some of the resources available to you. You have likely already joined the “Sterling Grove Residents Only” (SGRO) Facebook page.
